| Overview: | The construction of the Ocean Point One multi storey office block at Western Harbour, Leith, involved Severfield-Reeve Structures in the connection design, detailing, fabrication and erection of 518 tonnes of structural steelwork complete with an off-site application of 90 minute intumescent paint to all floor steel and vertical bracing. The project which is situated adjacent to the Ocean Terminal retail and leisure development comprises 60,000 ft2 of net lettable office accommodation also involved Severfield-Reeve with the supply, fixing and integration of metal decking, shear studs and edge trim. |
