| Overview: | Adjacent to Grand Canal Dock DART Station, this commercial office building has direct water frontage on the Dublin 2, Dublin 4 border. The project will comprise of 19,400 square metres of office accommodation over 15 storeys, which makes it the tallest building in Dublin. In addition, 3 basement floors will provide 80 car parking spaces. Fisher Engineering was responsible for the connection design, fabrication and erection of approximately 2,200 tonnes of structural steelwork utilised in the construction of the project. The company also supplied and fixed the metal decking, edge protection and stairs throughout and used the Group’s patented handling system ‘Off-Load Safe’ on site. The project was completed on schedule with a creditable health and safety performance. |
