Each contract manager is the single point of contact with the client and is supported by all resources within the Group.

The contract manager engages with the client and the supply chain to ensure optimum communication and performance in all aspects of the project, including site erection and administration.

The contract manager is engaged from the outset to ensure a full comprehension of the project and is committed to its full and satisfactory completion in line with clients' expectations.
