The needs of our employees, our suppliers and subcontractors are inextricably linked in determining the prosperity of the Company.

The directors of each operating Company, through the implementation of the Group HSE philosophy, encourage each employee and subcontractor to strive constantly for the best safety, health and environmental practices. A principal aim of the Group Board of Directors is to ensure, through example and encouragement, that each Operating Company (its directors, managers and employees) behaves ethically and responsibly, particularly in the fields of Safety and Health, and Environmental management.

The Company, in fully accepting its responsibilities in the areas of safety, health and welfare, will endeavour to:

• Plan, organize and control those preventive and protective measures found to be necessary by HSE Design and Risk Assessments.
• Monitor, measure and review compliance with the HSE Policy, manuals, statutory obligations and responsibilities.
• Maintain safe and environmentally-friendly plant and equipment, safe systems of work and safe working places with safe access and egress.
• Employ industry-leading training, instruction and supervision, information and health surveillance.
• Utilise practices which contribute to the safe use, handling and storage of all materials.
• Engage HSE Design and Risk Assessments to identify the risks to which all of our activities are potentially exposed.
• Interact and co-operate with others in the supply chain to continually review and develop improving practices for the Company and industry at large.
