Quality assurance is a fundamental feature in all of the Group's operations. From initial enquiry through design, materials ordering, fabrication and erection we employ processes designed to ensure full customer satisfaction. Quality assurance systems include BS EN IS0 9001, The Register of Qualified Steelwork Contractors, and Steel Construction Certification Scheme. New facilities and procedures are encaptured as they are commissioned into the relevant QA system. The Group has a strong policy of continuous improvement and seeks to enhance corporate management through proactive development. |
